Kyle Arsenault CSCS

Performance Training Coach

Kyle Arsenault graduated from Keene State College in the Spring of 2010 with a BS in Health Science. Kyle Arsenault is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has always held a passion for human performance, health and fitness. His passion was sparked by his involvement in athletics, where he traveled the nation to compete, achieved state championships, all state awards, scholastic athletic awards and more.

To focus on and excel in the field of Strength and Conditioning and Human Performance Training, Kyle decided to dedicate his collegiate career to his academics and individual training. He was then selected and completed an internship with the nationally renowned Cressey Performance in Hudson, MA. There Kyle worked with elite strength and conditioning coaches to implement specialized performance training programs for individuals ranging from the general pop weekend warriors to the top of the line professional athletes.

Kyle now works with Momentum Physical Therapy and Performance Training in Milford, MA. With Momentum PT2 he is able to collaborate with professionals at the top of the physical therapy field. Combining the principles of physical therapy and his experience in strength and conditioning, Kyle continues to research and develop cutting edge performance training programs ensured to achieve optimal results.
